A. RETURN POLICY
To provide you a worry free shopping experience, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 working days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, please indicate the reason (in case you wish to) for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. B. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order anytime until your order is being dispatched from our distribution center. If you wish to cancel an order that is already been dispatched from our distribution center, a cancelation fee of 10% will apply to your order.
You can expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Singhanias.in (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
For any applicable refunds the full INR amount which has been charged is refunded which is converted into US Dollar or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some cases where an international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank. Singhanias.in would refund only the amount charged for the product(s) in INR or in other currency(s) as displayed on the website. Singhanias.in is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the foreign transaction.
C. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS EXCHANGE POLICY
If a product ordered by you on singhanias.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, contact us within 7 working days for a replacement. The customer support team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to you by our logistic partners and as intimated to you by our Customer Support representative.
When we receive the return product, we will inspect the product and provide a exchange/replacement or issue a refund.
